Shipping policy

TOQO aims to dispatch orders received before 5 PM on the same day, otherwise they will be sent the following business day. We deliver to all of Denmark with shipping rates starting at 39 DKK. Items will be delivered to the shipping address provided during ordering or to the nearest pick-up point.

Your items are shipped using DAO. NOTE: If there's no space at the pick-up location, the package will be moved to the nearest alternative pick-up point, and you'll be notified. In case of any issues, please contact customer service.

Deliveries are made on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered within 2-5 business days after ordering. Certain items are subject to special delivery conditions, which will be specified prior to purchasing.
