The 2024 TOQO Challenge is designed to push the limits of your physical and mental development. We created this year-long journey to test your focus, strength, endurance, mindset, and teamwork.
Each month, you’ll face a new challenge tailored to guide every member of Team TOQO toward greatness.

12 Challenges.
January Challenge
- The Beep Test
Run 20-meter shuttles, aiming to beat the beep. The pace quickens each stage, pushing your stamina and speed.
Reach the final level to cover 4.94km in 22 minutes.
February Challenge
- 2K Row
Row 2,000 meters, aiming for a time under 7 minutes.
This challenge pushes both your endurance and lung capacity as you strive to hit the benchmark.

March Challenge
- Hyrox
Run 1km, followed by a functional workout station, repeated 8 times.
Finish the HYROX course as fast as possible to test your endurance, strength, and speed.
April Challenge
- Death by Push Ups
In this EMOM challenge, start with 1 push-up, adding 1 more every minute.
Continue until you can’t complete the reps within the minute.
May Challenge
- "KAREN"
Complete 150 wall balls (with a 9kg/20lb ball) as fast as possible with a 3-meter target.
You have a 20-minute time cap.
June Challenge
- Calisthenics
Perform bodyweight exercises across 5 workout stations: Pull-ups, Sit-ups, Dips, Air Squats (with weight vest), and Hand Release Push-ups.
Complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes per station.
July Challenge
- The Hour Record
How far can you ride a spinning bike for 60 minutes?
Push your endurance and test your limits by aiming to cover the maximum distance in one hour.
August Challenge
- 100m Sled Push
Push a sled (40kg) over 100 meters (12.5m per rep, 8 reps total). The weight is based on your bodyweight, with the goal to finish the course as fast as possible.
For example, if you weigh 85 kg, the total weight would be this: 85 + 85 + 40 = 210 kg.
September Challenge
- 21K Echo Bike
In teams of two, ride the Echo Bike for a total of 21 kilometers.
Switch riders as often as needed to finish the distance as quickly as possible.

October Challenge
- 400m Farmers Carry
You and your partner will run 400 meters, carry 32kg kettlebells for the next 400 meters, and finish with another 400m run.
Switch as needed for the kettlebells.
November Challenge
- 100 Burpee Box Jump Overs
In teams of two, complete 100 burpee box jump overs, alternating reps.
One Rule: Release your hands from the ground before standing up when doing burpees, then jump the box.

- The Dead Hang
Grab a sturdy bar with an overhand grip, hang freely with arms straight and core engaged, and hold as long as you can without touching the ground.
Test your strength, stability, and mental toughness to finish the year strong.
