If you’ve already received your order but wish to return an item, simply email us, and we’ll arrange the return shipping for you.

Shipping
When can I expect to receive my order?
We partner with DAO for shipping within Denmark. Typically, delivery takes 2-5 business days, with options for home delivery or pick-up at a designated point.
For our Boxy TQ Quote Tees, please note that delivery will take 10-14 days.
For international orders, we collaborate with local domestic shipping companies in each destination country. Delivery times vary based on location. If you have any specific questions about international shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us for more details.
How can I track my order?
After your package has been handed over to the delivery company, we’ll send you an email with a tracking code.
Use this code to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the delivery company’s website.
Returns
I want to return my order
If you'd like to return an item, please reach out to us via our contact form.
We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions based on your location and help arrange the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll promptly process your refund.
Can I exchange my product for something else?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, once you return your original order and we process your refund, you're welcome to place a new order for the item you want.
