What is Calithenics?
Calisthenics is a dynamic form of exercise that leverages bodyweight movements to enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Our upcoming challenge is structured into five intense workout stations. Each athlete will have 3 minutes to perform as many repetitions as possible at each station, followed by a 1-minute break. The stations include:
- Strict Pull-Ups
- Sit-Ups
- Dips
- Air Squats (With Weight Vest)
- Hand Release Push-Ups
Detailed standards for each movement will be provided during the event.
The winner will be determined by the highest total number of repetitions completed across all stations.
