About the challenge
This challenge is a EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) workout.
You have 1 minute to complete the given number of reps. For this challenge we are going to add 1 push up every minute.
It looks like this:
0:00 - 1:00 = 1 rep
1:00 - 2:00 = 2 reps
2:00 - 3:00 = 3 reps
etc...
Push up standard = Hand Release Push up

When you fail to complete the given number of reps within 1 minute you are out.
